Pregnant Women's Program
The Pregnant Women’s Program provides a foundation for pregnancy care, labor and parenting. The program serves up to 20 pregnant women and fathers or support people during the duration of their pregnancy and up to 6 weeks after the birth of their child.
Services the Program Provides:
- Weekly education class and support group
- Monthly home visits to set goals and discuss intimate issues for the mother
- Priority for the child into child care with Early Head Start
- Connect men and women to resources regarding delivery options
Services avaliable to families who:
- Are currently pregnant
- Live in Tippecanoe County
- Have limited resources and meet income guidelines
- Lack social or financial support
- Are considering adoption
